This FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page addresses the most common questions that we are asked, please take the time to read through it, in doing so you will free up both your time and our staffs time. If your question is not answered here you are welcome to drop us an e-mail or better still ring us. Have you got?

Our website is up-dated weekly, if we have it in stock it’s on our website!

Can you send me a picture of?

Sorry we are unable to send photos for specific animals due to time constraints. We do have a wide selection of photos available on this website of our animals, and more are added periodically.

Can you get me?

Getting livestock is not like getting any other item, animals are seasonally available and it’s impossible for us to hold all species/sizes available in the trade. We are unable to order in animals for you as this may take some weeks, or even months. Keep checking our websites they are up-dated weekly!

Can you send me a care sheet for?

We sell a huge range for books covering just about all species of herps available, please see our books page or call for other books available. A few care sheets are available on our website, searching the web will give you lots of advise and care sheets. For us to write a care sheet, that we are happy with for every species would just take to much time. Remember with every species of reptile (lizard, snake, or tortoise) you purchase from us you will get a care sheet or book free!

Can you reserve me?

Yes we can reserve animals for you for a small deposit, around 10% of the animal’s full price. We can hold the animal(s) for a further 2 weeks with no charge then we reserve the right to charge a boarding fee of £10 a week. If we don’t hear back from you and the animals have not collected within four weeks will put the animal(s) back on sale and any deposit money will be used towards the boarding of the animal(s). If for any reason you are unable to collect the animals you reserved please contact us immediately. Sorry we are unable to reserve animals without a deposit.

Can you ship mammals?

No, sorry we can’t ship mammals these are for collection only.

Can you Courier Reptiles on your Stocklist ?

During the summer months March - September We can courier livestock (snakes, lizards & amphibians) to any mainland UK business address for just £24.95. This price includes poly boxes with cardboard outer, and 24 hour heat packs. Live on arrival is guaranteed. Delivery price is subject to change, please call 02392 269362 for the current price. We regret that due to the sensitive nature of our live stock we are un-able to offer a courier service during the winter. Your welcome to arrange a same day "reptile taxi" service yourself if you are unable to collect animals in person, but this is not a service we can offer. As a company would always recommend that you see in person any animal you are thinking of buying, from us or any other company/person, we are open seven days a week for viewing.
